Friends of Camp Gallagher

A co-ed overnight summer camp for teens on the South Puget Sound

Camp Gallagher was originally founded in 1970 then shuttered in 2010 and put up for sale. Under new ownership, the Camp was re-opened in June of 2016 by a group of Camp Gallagher alums, staff members, parents and community members. It is a place for discovery and adventure, providing opportunities for personal growth in a safe environment through challenge and exploration on land and water, giving campers improved self-confidence, life-long friendships, and an appreciation of their environment. The camp offers teens a unique opportunity to connect with each other and their natural environment away from the fast-paced world of homework, cell phones and social media.
