Ltd. Headquartered in Bangalore, the company is sponsored by Dan Baty who brings over 40 years of experience in developing and operating senior housing. The company is addressing India's growing middle-class and declining levels of multi-generational living arrangements. At the time of merger, the company had nine communities and nearly 1,500 residential units under management and is India's largest operator of senior housing. The company's business model features outright unit sales (plus a proportionate share of the community's common areas) thereby reducing capital requirements.
